Application Process
Step 1: Download Forms
Please download the applicable Information Package and Student Application below.
Step 2: Complete Application Forms
Please complete the Student Application and submit the following forms with your application:
A copy of parent’s passport, birth certificate, landed immigrant papers, PR or Visa.
A copy of student’s passport, birth certificate, landed immigrant papers, PR or Visa
A copy of the student’s vaccination record
A copy of the student’s most recent report card.
Step 3: Submit Documents
To submit your documents you can either:
1. Email all documents to hroex@lgca.ca and pay your non-refundable application fee online here:
Local Application fee (per student)
International Application fee (per student)
OR
2. Drop off or mail all completed documents to the school office and pay your non-refundable application fee in person or by cheque.
Local application fee: $200
International application fee: $300
Step 4: Schedule Interview
When all the information has been received by the school, you will be contacted via email or phone and notified of an interview date with the Admissions person and the Principal
Step 5: Acceptance
Once acceptance has been confirmed you will receive an official acceptance letter from the school.
Note: Where students have been enrolled in another school, that school will be also contacted.
