Loving on Logan

LGCA is standing with you Logan

Loving on Logan

One of our grade 2 students is in the process of defeating cancer!

In a show of solidarity for Logan and finding a cure for cancer, many of our students and even some parents and staff celebrated a head-shaving and ponytail cutting (wigs for cancer patients) event.

This story is not over yet!

Bags of Hope from Grade 6!

Harvest Project

Bags of Hope from Grade 6!

Last month LGCA's Gr. 6 class partnered with local charity, Harvest Project, to put together our "Bags of Hope" care kits. The kits included food and hygienic products that would go to bless those in need right here on the North Shore.

The students also added a ton of art, scripture, and inspirational messages meant to remind those receiving the bags about God's love for them.

THANK YOU Gr. 6s for being the hands and feet of our Lord!

Go Green in June!

Pack In - Pack Out Trial

Go Green in June!

We are piloting a Pack In - Pack Out policy beginning NOW!

In order to minimize organic wastes we are expecting students to return any uneaten food and paper wastes to their lunch kits (Pack In) and bring it home at the end of each day. Also, the fewer packages food your child brings to school, the less waste they will bring home.

Please use reusable containers as much as possible.
